Dave here--
So, we made it to another comic milestone, #75! I'm still in awe that we made it this far. So, it's not a terribly iconic milestone, but this week we also hit 6000 visitors.

Is there a Dream Interpreter in the house?
OK, I think I'm going to start writing a comic (maybe even an arc) on this dream I had last night. Something I've been blessed with/cursed with all my life, is vivid dreams. I dream every night, unfortunately I rarely remember anything but the slightest details. The down side is that it really screws with my internal clock and I don't really feel rested the next day. Well anyway, check out this whopper I had last night after watching "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets"
I'm a student at a school, something similar to Hogwarts. Instead of the four subschools like in the Harry Potter movies, there are only two, the good guy group who wore blue, and the bad guy group who wore red. I was in the good guy group. The two groups fought over a giant marquee sign with 12 flashing light panels on it, 6 on each side. When one of these panels is struck by a magic spell, it turns into the color of that magician's team. This has incredible importance to the students since the teachers who lead these teams are very serious about this challenge. So I'm standing with a bunch of my classmates who are talking about the sign and how one of us needs to go win it back for the blue team. Being the team player that I am,
I volunteer to do it.
So I'm sneaking towards this marquee and I start casting fireballs at it. I turn one side of the panel completely blue, when all of a sudden, one of the evil red teachers yells from around the corner. I run away but I can hear him yelling and shouting about how he's tired of the blue team changing the color of HIS panels. For some reason he can't turn them back to red though I'm unsure why. I end up sneaking back and finishing the job but he shows
up again and this time he catches me. But while he's approaching me, out of nowhere a helicopter lands and the door slides open.
Steering the helicopter is none other than Craig T. Nelson. Yes, Craig T. Nelson from the Television show "Coach". He motions for me to get in so I hop aboard. He hovers us around for a while doing crazy tricks with the helicopter. I'm trying to act cool in front of Craig T. Nelson but I'm nervous he's going to crash.
Suddenly I find myself at the airport and my entire family is there. My new niece, Lily is there and she is crying, but my brother hands her to me and she immediately stops crying and starts giggling. Then I start playing catch with my nephews who are also there.
Of course this is only what I remember of last night, which is probably only 10% of everything I actually dreamed. It was really frustrating to wake up and realize that I can't really shoot fireballs from my fingertips.
Reality has let me down too many times. I can't really fly, I can't
move things with my mind, I was never in the Olympics, and my house is not located on a beach in Maui. Le sigh. Anyway, if you have any idea what my dream meant let me know
p.s. I know this isn't exactly news, but when a dream has this many crazy undertones and this much outright entertainment value, it's news to me!
